The 1884 and 1888 Sanborn maps indicated no structure at the site as well. By the 1890 City of Charleston ward book, the property contained a two story wood structure. The 1902 Sanborn map also illustrated a two story wood structure and identified the address as 121 Meeting Street. According to the 1967 Sanborn map, the structure changed and combined with 123 Meeting Street.
